This past Saturday (4/23/05) threatened to rain and thunderstorm, but 5 hearty souls decided to do their part in the first MAMBO trail event of the year.
The fire road trail on Merryman's Loop south of the bridge has been eroding into a gulley for the last year or so. The crew of Jeff, Kevin, Kenneth, Ian and Dave built four rolling grade dips from the top of the hill to just 30 feet from the bottom. Loose and wet dirt made the work a little easier.
Be sure to check out the new additions to the fire road, and watch your speed on the way down!
